我断网了啊

此APP无法卸载，只能重置。

PowerShell(管理员)或终端（管理员）：
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI* -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

老师重置了还是不行

恢复快照重新来试试吧，先把VM的网断了再装系统。
