封装Win10 22H2出现error5.3

求助各位大佬，以下报错尝试过2天无数次，更换过电脑，使用过VM，都报同样的错误

安装win10 22H2（未优化）
未安装zip等压缩软件
仅安装sap

补充一点：把软件关闭，然后到C:\Sysprep里面去执行ES5S，就可以正常完成第一阶段封装。

文件操作挂起；检测到格式错误的命令行；选项中没有破折号或斜线。

是的，不知道是哪条参数有问题。最后看到论坛有人直接运行C盘下的ES5成功了。我尝试这样做，也成功了。谢谢
