封装WIN10 LTSC 19044.1566，第一步几秒后报错退出。

   封装WIN10 LTSC 19044.1566，第一步几秒后报错退出。系统是官方原版，没有优化，也没有安装任何卫士或安全软件。
    用的ES5.19.802.282。后来试了EasySysprep_5.5.2110.10144_Beta6也是报错。
    请问如何解决？

联网安装语言包的问题

断网

卸载语言体验包：
右键点击开始按钮，Windows PowerShell (管理员)，粘贴以下：
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePack* | Remove-AppxPackage
回车

但凡学过点英语，应该可以看出这问题出在哪里吧？

不要联网，或者把语言体验包卸载了就可以了
